    Lisa Dillon | Account Manager provided me with outstanding customer service. Although she was not involved in my purchase of my appliances from ABW, I visited the Jessup location and explained my concern with repair service delays and Lisa promptly engaged the appropriate department and got real time answers to my questions and concerns.

    Kim Liebman provided me with outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable, friendly. ABW is an amazing company to work with. We bought BlueStar range, Refrigerator, Dishwashers, Washing machine, Dryer and few more items. They provide excellent service during warranty period. I strongly recommend to take their extended warranty. I regret missing extended warranty window for Range and washing machine due to urgent travel.

    Erwin Nadler from ABW was so helpful and patient with all my questions, which were numerous, and with providing lots of information. He also helped me pick a wonderful range and hood powerful enough to vent it. I am so grateful and have only high praise for ABW.

    Excellent service, communication and follow-up. Appliances are not perfect. When we needed work on our refrigerator, we called ABW. The office personal and the field techs were dependable, timely and courteous. 100% professional. We had warranty service completed and eventual replacement! They were perfect!! Thank you!
