Shelly has been an absolutely amazing personal trainer. She has catered to all of my goals and funky schedule. Shelly has the perfect peppy personality that motivates me to complete my workout and a mentality that helps put me in the in a place to improve and succeed for the right reasons. I cannot express enough how accepted and encouraged I feel throughout my time with her. I attribute all of my success and consistency to her. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start or even looking to continue.

Shelly is amazing! The workouts are personalized as she switches up exercises or makes tweaks to continue to challenge my body. The feedback and motivation she gives are great pushes for me get better and keep coming back.
