Dr. Vela and his staff have always gone above and beyond for me. I've always felt welcome and my fears were easily put to rest when or if I had any. I've had great results and anytime I had questions or concerns I've always gotten a quick reply. I moved out of Maryland but I still use Dr. Vela because of his compassion and professionalism. He's an awesome plastic surgeon and a bonus is he's great to talk to. I highly recommend Prestige plastic surgery. From a former Army wife (Fort Meade) now a veteran wife. He's awesome!

Dr. Vela and his office are amazing. I first met Dr. Vela when I was looking into a a brachioplasty. He offered an amazing consultation with great advise and was 100% up front about the costs and price plans available. He followed up with me for over a year and is now taking care of my basal cell issues. His bedside manor is unlike anything I experience from other doctors. I referred my Mom to him and would refer everyone looking for an amazing doctor like him. Never once have I ever felt like a walking dollar sign.

I absolutely loved Dr. Vela as my plastic surgeon! He is a wonderful doctor. During my consultation he really took the time to listen to my questions and answering them appropriately. Dr. Vela has a very professional bedside manner and his office staff is very pleasant to work with and schedule appointments. I enjoyed my surgery experience very much and I would do it all over in a heartbeat. If anyone wants surgery and is looking for a plastic surgeon, Dr. Vela is your surgeon!!

I was referred to Dr Vela by my primary doctor to have a mole removed. So nothing crazy or intrusive. BUT I had a wonderful experience with Dr Vela and his staff. As all the other reviews have indicated, his office is nice, comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Almost gives off a spa type vibe. The staff is very friendly, and so is Dr Vela. He took the time to talk to me about another concern I was having with a scar on my face and I feel that he listened and gave genuine answers. The mole removal was super simple and I was even taken back for my appointment EARLY (have to love a doctor's office that runs on time).

After consultations with other doctors in the area, I can honestly say that Dr. Vela was the most personable and spent the most time with me. The staff was friendly and the office is beautifully decorated and clean. I'm already scheduled for surgery and I can't wait to see my results!
