Lakeside Smiles of Columbia is the best dental office I have been to. Its a clean, friendly, and calm place. Its where my wife and I go and will take my kids.

I switched to Lakeside Smile a year ago after being failed by the previous dental office who did unnecessary fillings on my teeth, which until today, I’m still having issues with. I was wary when I came to see Dr. Kim not knowing if she’s anything like my previous dentist and I’m happy to say I have found a dentist who I trust and can stick with for the years to come. She’s gentle when working on my teeth and detail when she does my cleaning. She lets me know what she’s doing every step of the way. I have never felt any discomfort or rushed during any of the treatment. Furthermore, she never talks down to her patients but instead educate them on taking care of their oral health. The office is clean and they take COVID precautions seriously. When you arrive to the office, you’re asked to wash your hands and before you’re seated in your office, you are asked to rinse your mouth. I highly recommend Lakeside Smiles and Dr. Kim to anyone and I’m glad to have found the right dentist for myself!

Staff was very nice and polite and knowledgeable with my insurance. Dentist was very professional, polite and caring of my feelings as a patient. I was very nervous and she did everything to make me feel comfortable and was gentle. I will definitely be back to she her. I also referred my mother and sister to Lakeside Smiles!

I had a fantastic experience at this dentist. Dr. Kim was both extremely professional and very friendly throughout the exam and cleaning. Upon hearing my concerns from past dental visits, Dr. Kim was very attentive and made sure to take special care throughout the procedure. She also was very informative throughout the exam, explaining every step of her process and what it meant for me. One unique feature at this location is the use of 3D camera imaging. This was a very cool additional feature that I've never seen before and was well-used by Dr. Kim to explain areas of concern for my mouth. I would highly recommend Lakeside Smiles for anyone looking for a dentist in the Columbia area and can't speak highly enough about my experience.
