Number of hours charged to address each issue seems was fair; better than I expected. Hourly rate normal. They paid attention to my descriptions and instructions, and appear to have gotten everything right. Installed starter and glow plugs with no hassle about my providing them. They were so on top of keeping me informed about the progress on my car and estimating the time it would be done. I got daily pictures of the progress on my car, which I loved. The front office staff was so nice and always very helpful and assuring. The guys did an amazing job fixing my car, it's back to looking brand new. I'm so happy. Would definitely recommend them.”
