“Just cancelled after being a member for 13 years, no joke I signed up as they were building the place. First off, canceling was easy as pie, and the least grief I've ever had from a health club. Yes it is 30 days written notice and it says so in your agreement. That said it took less than 5 minutes and I had an email before I left confirming that I could use the club for the next month, would not be billed again, and I had through 60 days to change my mind. Really, that's what I was promised when I joined and they honored it. As far as facilities go, the club really does try to do its best and for that I give it 5 stars. The equipment was always varied and it appealed to everything I wanted. Over the years they did a good job keeping it clean and current, hence why I was I member for so long. All the members I've ever run into are great, and frankly I never once got pestered by a personal trainer or anyone trying to see me things. Awesome to be able to walk in, do what you want and leave without being up-sold. It's not a cheap gym, definitely premium priced but depending on your tastes it can deliver. I would recommend!”

“This review is for the employees within the company primarily at the Columbia Location. The customer service is impeccable and I've always been treated like family when I go there. The service that has been provided has left me knowing that I'm in good hands and Dr. Howard knows what he is doing. The phone service was recently updated and it completely ruined any possibilities of feeling like I can get a hold of my Dr when I'm having "general" questions. They say they will contact you back, leave a message, and I've yet to have that happen. If this review had an option for how I felt about getting in touch with my Dr for general and still important questions I'd have rated the phone system a 1 star and that's feeling generous. As far as the general outlook on the phone system, it is very organised, and general information regarding the practice is easily obtained. ”
