“My Howard County Police Department confirmed that they are public servants whose top priorities include the public safety of Howard County residents. While working in my home office on Saturday morning, 18 Feb 2017, I witnessed car collide with the guard rail on the on ramp from Meadow Ridge Road to Route 100 East. The car landed with it front end in the ditch and its rear end perched on top of the guard rail. The young driver stumbled out and tried to make his way to the passenger side to help his young female passenger, but he collapsed after taking approximately 10 steps. Howard County policemen arrived within 8 minutes to lend initial aid and to protect the driver. I went out to tell one of the officers what I saw. He impressed me with his politeness and sense of professionalism. I didn't get the officer's name, but his police car identification was Car # 307 License Plate HC1047 and Car # 530 with License Plate HC1063. I included a picture of the accident scene. This picture shows that the officers are fully engaged. These professionals work under stressful conditions and put their lives at risk to protect us. We bought a fixer-upper and we needed an almost complete replacement of the exterior of our home: roof, skylights, siding/housewrap, trim, gutters, dormers, shutters, soffit, and windows — the whole nine yards. “Nice place. Great beer and wine selection. The House red Legendary was $15 for the bottle and was very good and a very nice price. Had several nice IPA drafts on the menu including Maine Lunch IPA. Brussel sprouts appetizer was tasty and not oily like so many places make them. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was a nice size, we got it medium-rare but wished we had made it rare. Still very good. “Have you ever wanted to spend the night in a restaurant, just to keep eating? Well I definitely felt that was my first time visiting here. Hospitality was a 10 for me. Food was a 10. Service was a 10. I don't even drink, and I wanted to try all of the beer. It's a comfortable and friendly place, where you can watch sports as well. “I attended Rebecca's community hot vinyasa flow. This was my first visit at this studio and will certainly not be my last. The class was held in one of their spacious studios, the Love studio, and was also offered online (as are most of their classes). The space seemed extra spacious since the class size was small, 3 students total, and Rebecca did a great job giving instructions and speaking loud enough to be heard in such a large space. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this class.”
