“I love living here. All of the residents and new renaissance staff are always friendly and helpful Especially Sean-Patrick Moore. Maintenance requests can but entered through the online resident portal and are completed by the time I get home from work. The layout of my apartment (2 bedrooms ) is spacious. There are hardwood floors, a spacious bedroom, a balcony, and a great kitchen. The amenities are wonderful. During the weekends I can sometimes hear all the fun in my apartment, Eagerly waiting for the new leasing team to see much more improvements in this place, I highly recommend living here!”

“Stopped in for a quick dinner on Tuesday night. We were seated right away and our server Abby was quick with drinks and food orders. Our meals arrived quickly and were very good. Abby continued to offer great service during our visit. 5/4/22 Met a friend for dinner at 6pm. We made a reservation prior to going and table for 3 was available when we arrived. Silvia was very pleasant and checked on us several times. Two orders of the beef burritos and 1 taco platter were great.”

Once it was controlled, we moved to quarterly for maintenance. The crew has been extremely professional every visit. I don't know how they spend all day crawling around in basements and they still have a bright white, clean shirt on when they knock.
