(November 24, 2018, 9:19 pm)I made a private appointment with Fletcher to address a physical difficulty and time crunch issue. I needed a routine that would work for me before bed; that wouldn't get me too jazzed so I could sleep. I was so impressed with her focus and perception and great routine she put together! Perfect for my needs. Highly recommended!
(October 26, 2018, 9:18 am)I've attended Fletcher's classes and done a one-on-one with her. She's fabulous in both settings, helping me refine my at home exercises and writing out a planned program that suited my needs.

(February 21, 2018, 7:45 pm)This was my first Yoga experience and it could not have gone better and been more enjoyable. Fletcher certainly put me at ease and helped me understand some of the basics and I learned an awful lot in an hour one-on-one session.
