  I brought my BMW here after a car accident. Airpark took care of everything for me from towing the vehicle to the shop, to corresponding with the insurance and providing the actual repairs. They did a fantastic job with the car itself...my car looks brand new after the accident. Alex and Marcello provided regular check-ins and updates on the status of repairs. When there was a delay, they called and explained the situation and remedied it immediately. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the customer service and quality of repairs provided by Airpark. I highly recommend this establishment!

  Amazing experience!!
  My husband called up this morning about a weird noise in the car. We were told to bring in the car and they'd take a look. The service manager personally rode around the neighborhood with my husband to replicate and diagnose the sound. For whatever rwason (probably just Murphy's law) the car didn't make the sound at that moment. Next they inspected further by putting it up on the lift and showing us exactly where the problem was and walked us through solutions. It is a non imminent issue so we'll be back in two weeks for the repair.
  Alex, the service manager was professional, knowledgable and courteous. He didn't charge for the diagnosis and even though we tried to offer cash several times, he refused simply stating that he was happy to help.
  
  Without q doubt we will be bringing both of our cars here for any future concerns. I feel very confident in their professionalism and comfortable with their kind demeanor. Highly recommended!

  This place is great! They’re super friendly and helpful. I brought my car in to find out what was wrong with it and they didn’t even charge me to look it over and find the problem. Affordable prices and fast work! I definitely recommend checking them out for anything your vehicle needs.

  My poor brand new truck, with less than 2,000 miles got rear ended. What a mess. I didn't think it would ever look right. I went online in a random search. I had no idea where to go. Reach out to a couple of places (on a Saturday), and Airpark answered right away. They were pretty far from me (about 45 miles), but Alex and Marcelo convinced me they were up to the task. It took a bit to gather the parts needed due to the newness, but they kept in touch through text and phone and voicemail. Great customer service throughout. My truck is back in perfect condition. These guys guarantee their work for life (yes, it's in writing). They are the best. Thank you.

  If you are looking for an honest, reliable place to take your car, airpark auto body IS that place. I've been a customer for a few years now. Marcelo is welcoming, friendly , accommodating and easy to work with. Airpark auto body provides the services/makes the repairs that are necessary without breaking your pockets. If they advise work that needs to be done they will help you prioritize the work as to what needs to be done now and what can wait. I love this place!
