Let me tell you that aerial yoga with Sarah Rehman or any of the instructors at Flying Buddha Studio in Potomac, MD is simply the best! I am absolutely addicted to aerial yoga and have experienced positive, calming professionalism and care from both Sarah and Maureen. Anyone can do this...don't be hesitant. I took my 15 yr old there yesterday and she loved it. I'm old enough to not tell people my age and I loved it from day one! Give it a try and you'll be absolutely hooked! Thanks so much Flying Buddha Studio. The photo is from my 2nd aerial class!

(July 13, 2017, 1:54 pm)I have never tried aerial yoga before so I was pretty intimidated by the whole idea. I came to Flying Buddha Studio for my first aerial experience and I lovvvvvved it! Sarah was so kind and patient plus she gave helpful and thorough instruction. I had purchased the 3 for $30 special for intro students which is such a great deal and I can't wait to come back for my next session. I cannot say better things about this space and how beautiful and peaceful it is! If you are looking for an aerial studio look no further!

(March 21, 2017, 10:30 pm)This was my first time trying a Yoga class and I was pretty nervous. Sarah made me feel at ease, as she was very patient and attentive!!! I absolutely recommend trying this place out!! Along with having a great instructor, its also is a very relaxing atmosphere. I have already signed up for 3 more classes!!!

(February 22, 2017, 8:04 am)Sarah is the best teacher! The class was filled with all skill levels and Sarah was able to teach everyone something. A great place to try aerial if you haven't done it before (like me!) I will definitely be back.
