The company stopped after getting both layers of shingles off to discuss the code and condition of the sheathing deck and I cannot say often enough how glad I am for that thoughtful, important moment. The entire company, from the owner to all employees on the roofing, siding and painting teams, is professional, intelligent, thoughtful and so incredibly hardworking. I was "quality shopping," which always gives the long term best price, Alco made the grade. I researched this heavy designer roof contract for months and chose Alco. Wait until you see their quality delivery vehicles and hydrolic shingle lifts that protect expensive gutters already in place. Those gutters are still perfect. I could go on for pages... The owner's measure of success for a contract completion is, "Are you happy?" Mr. Kreisman, I am very happy! Thank you!

(September 20, 2018, 7:53 pm)These guys know their stuff. They are experts with storm windows, window installation and replacement, window pane replacement, storm doors. They did a great job on our house in DC. I would use them again if I could, but will be moving out of the region.
