Symphony House became my Dad's home when he had to have level 3/4 care. The staff wonderfully cared for my father and he was so appreciative of each of them. The best practice procedures and resources that the Alfred House has in place provided us great comfort that Dad's safety and health were carefully attended to and monitored. We felt like they had the skilled nursing capabilities, but it is a warm, home-like environment to the extend that a facility like this can be.
They also have an excellent staff to resident ratio and regular activities led by a staff member to engage and create a social environment.
It was a challenging season of life. We are so glad we found the Symphony House and grateful for each of the staff members. It allowed us to focus on spending time with Dad and enjoying being with him.
