  Doctor was very informative and personable. Staff was very kind and efficient. The wait was not the best but my overall experience was fantastic.

  Personable office staff and knowledgeable. The doctor expressed concern and was very insightful on my next requirements. Overall this rating it's good.

  Dr. Ghannam was very good and listened to my concerns. He did a through job of my eye exam and explains everything to me.
  
  Rob and Patricia are also great. They answered all of my questions and were extremely patient and customer friendly!

  I recently visited I Care Doctor in Silver Spring for an eye exam, glasses and contacts and I must say I was extremely happy with the service. Dr. Ramphal was very patient and took his time during my exam and helping me to choose the right contacts. I was also very impressed with the customer service from the front desk. I was having a bit of a tough time choosing what frames fit the shape of my face and I believe Rob noticed and voluntarily offered his assistance, which I was extremely grateful for!! They're also very considerate and do not try to nickel and dime you like more of the larger eye doctor chains will. There frame selection was pretty good too. Overall, my experience here was phenomenal and I highly recommend their services to anyone who may be looking for a new eye doctor. :-)

  After we were denied an appointment with our regular eye doc for my sons eye emergency. (They were too busy)I Care Doc fit us in immediately. After seeing my son had a scratch on his cornea, they very quickly used drops and a contact to bring him instant comfort. Both doctors we saw were kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. I Care Doctors is officially our families eye care establishment.
