There were several people waiting for service when I arrived, but they still managed to get me taken care of quickly. I reserved a compact, but they didn't have one when I arrived, so they gave me a larger vehicle for the same price. The vehicle they out me in has 4500 miles on it, its basically new, and is a pleasure to drive. Hopefully there will be no shenanigans when i return the vehicle. Very pleased with every aspect of my dealings with them so far! UPDATE: Great experience! I had a completely trouble free rental, and the return of the vehicle was quick and easy.
