She was very professional when asking me questions when she was completing the administrative work on me. She drew the blood with no problem in finding the good vein. She kept asking me about my comfort level to show how concerned she was. She also guided me for further lab tests I had to take and gave me a $5 store coupon at the Safeway when I was living. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place and of course Ms. Annette. Rama Bah, patient
