  Had a really nice experience with this dealership. Kudos to David Petty for making the sell to us. He gave us the right price for a really neat car and threw in a few other perks that we weren't expecting. He didn't try to push anything extra on the sell that we didn't want, was very patient and accommodating, and stayed with us until late after hours, along with the others on his team, to make sure we are happy with the sell.

  A nice dealership. Open for service on sundays at noon. Got an oil change and tire rotation with free car wash in under an hour. Great

  I cannot say enough good things about Dave Petty (Sales), Aida Duncan (Financing), and Erick Sanchez.(Service) Their customer service was amazing. I came in a bad situation and they treated me with courtesy and respect and gave me a great deal on a new car. I highly recommend all three. I'll never buy a car anywhere else.

  You are going to want to buy your next car here. Great Service, with buying, AND with the aftercare of the product. I'm sure lots of salesmen/saleswomen are great there but David & Ralph were top notch. They listened to every word we said and found the perfect car to fit our budget. When you think integrity and class, no other dealership compares in my opinion.

  Yay! Finally a dealership that operates on principles of transparency, customer service, and a pleasant sales transaction. And they are speedy! In the morning I messaged via the Express Store on their website asking for a quote. David Petty emailed me shortly thereafter asking a couple questions, and before 11am I had an excellent price and terms. After struggling with several other dealerships for two weeks trying to get quotes over email, this treatment from Chevy Chase Acura was such a nice surprise. After work I met with David, enjoyed a test drive, and marveled at how patient and non-pushy he was. I was offered a variety of color choices, and offered additional test drives as needed, then made my choice and started the paperwork process. There were no surprises, no visits by a manager, just a simple, pleasant experience guided by David's friendly and knowledgeable presence. The run through finance was quick and pressure free too. This was such a modern, 2018 kind of car buying experience. For a great price, no pressure, and a really good selection, Chevy Chase Acura, and David Petty, are the way to go.
