  We contracted with Jan to remodel our 1990’s townhouse kitchen and we are thrilled with the end result. We wanted more storage space for dishes and wanted to get appliances and paraphernalia off of our counters to make the kitchen more functional and aesthetically pleasing. Jan came in with a great kitchen design that was both practical and beautiful. In addition to an abundance of cabinetry, Jan designed a beautiful walk in pantry that includes a functional counter workspace. The entire project was well managed by Jan and
  her team consists of professionals that are responsive and meticulous. We love our new kitchen and strongly recommend Jan Goldman and Kitchen Elements.

  My husband and I hired Jan (Kitchen Elements) as our project manager for our kitchen renovation. Her work was nothing less than outstanding! Our original kitchen was a disaster in every way. Therefore, it had to be gutted and the entire kitchen overhauled. It was something we hesitated to do, both because of life disruption and, quite honestly, we had no clue how/where to begin. One of the fundamental problems is that I have a very demanding work schedule and zero artistic talents. I knew what i needed/wanted in a kitchen but had no idea how to get that accomplished. Someone suggested that we call Jan - and with that, our kitchen project was initiated. Jan took her time to learn about our lifestyle, needs, preferences, etc. Then she went to work, designing options for us to consider. The next step was setting us up with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, flooring folk, appliance people. And she accompanied us to each to help us scope out pros, cons, and eye-pleasing options. In the end, it went incredibly smoothly and she was there following the entire project with us the whole time. She consistently came to our home to check on how the job was proceeding, making certain that all was going well. She pointed out flaws in workmanship we didn't even catch and had folks come back to repair or replace anything that did not meet her standards. She established the work schedule, kept things rolling smoothly, and she consistently maintained close contact with us to insure that we were okay (having a kitchen gutted and overhauled is stressful, even under the best of conditions). Today, we have a glorious kitchen that is no less than a joy to see and use. And best of all, it is consistent with my very hectic life style and yet is absolutely gorgeous. I endorse and Jan and colleagues 100%, and would go as far as saying that if you need work done in your home, you will find Jan and the folks at Kitchen Elements to be an irreplaceable investment in your renovation process.

  When we decided to redo our kitchen, we looked for someone that could provide the artistic and design guidance, and also see the project through beginning to end. Jan and her team fit the bill! She considered not only what we wanted for the kitchen, but also how it would fit with the rest of the house. She was very responsive to our input and kept making modifications till we were all happy. Her team was fabulous! Her contractors were great to work with and did excellent work. We missed them when they left. She brought it all -- general contracting, plumbers, electric, appliances, flooring -- and handled the logistics, which was important for two full-time professionals. When something unexpected came up, she was there with multiple ideas for how to address the situation. She made the decisions we feared would overwhelm us about such a project easy and fun. The job came in on time and pretty close to our original budget, even with the usual twists and turns.
  
  We love our new kitchen and are extremely happy with our choice of Jan and her team. We definitely recommend her for your remodel.

  Jan has been wonderful to work with. She helped us
  
  conceptualize our project and took us through each phase with lots of patience
  
  as we had never remodeled before. We now have a beautiful new kitchen and
  
  master bath, and our second bath is under construction. Jan also has great
  
  skilled contractors including construction, plumbing, electrical, and my
  
  favorite, the guy who perfectly matched our new kitchen wood floor with the
  
  adjacent dining room wood floor

  Jan is a wonderful kitchen designer with whom I work often. She helped with my kitchen renovation which is almost complete. She listens, she finds more space, and best of all she cares.
  
  She is perfectly willing to work within the confines of ones budget and when she is managing a project, makes sure that all bases are covered and all deadlines are met.
  
  When we work together on a project, she is totally respectful of any input I have as a designer as well as the concerns that client might have.
  
  I say, use Jan for these kitchen projects! You will not be disappointed.
