(April 11, 2017, 9:34 am)Late last year, I went to Donna at Body and Soul Shepherd for hypnosis to cure a terrible nail biting/picking habit that I’ve struggled with for over fifty years. My hands looked awful and my fingertips hurt all the time. The entire process was very professional and completely non-threatening, and at no time did I feel like I gave up control of myself. It was evident that Donna had thoroughly researched the nail-biting compulsion, as she led me through a series of suggestions for handling the constant urge to bite and pick. With her soothing voice and a well-planned script, the entire process was extremely relaxing. The result? I haven’t bitten my nails in nearly four months! And when I start trying to pick at them, I tell myself to “Stop!”, as instructed during my session, and it works. It’s going to take some time to reverse the damage done over all those years, but I’m well on my way. In fact, my thumbnails already look great. And furthermore, I no longer feel pain in the tips of my fingers. What a fantastic relief! I would highly recommend Donna’s hypnotherapy skills to break any habit that is negatively affecting your quality of life!

Donna carefully explained what to expect and then guided me through the hypnosis experience. She was professional, yet caring throughout. Upon following Donna's instructions, I saw some results after my first visit. I believe additional sessions would be beneficial. I would not hesitate to recommend Donna's services.

I highly recommend the past life regression. It was an insightful and healing experience. I am so glad I did it. I also attended a Hypnosis group led by Donna. The theme was letting go. I was able to relax,breathe and let that which did serve me go! -

(December 14, 2015, 6:44 pm)I came to Donna for a Reiki treatment for emotional release of stress and some physical discomfort as well. The session was very powerful for me, as I believe I was ready for it and Donna met me "where I was", which is the gift of a skilled healer. She moved to the places in my body where I was holding, or blocked, and was able to help me release. I felt cleared out and wonderful after the treatment. Calmer, and more relaxed. It stayed with me for several days. The atmosphere at Donna's is comforting, warm and inviting. I would recommend Body & Soul Shepherd without hesitation!
