  I’ve had Maria Duarte as my agent for the last 7 years . She’s been excellent and so helpful. I had no idea State Farm covers tow truck service , she made sure I received a check for what I had spent . She’s always friendly on the phone and we even contacted her when we decided to buy our first home . Would highly recommend !

  I recently switched to this State Farm office and couldn't be happier with the change in how my policy is being handled. Mr. Durand has been my point person and went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the policies and the changes that came with switching to their offices, he also spent a lot of time looking into previous errors and discrepancies from another office and helped clean everything up and I've had no issues with them since I've made the switch.
  
  Their customer service is excellent and accessible with a very fast turn around time. I highly recommend.

  I met Christian about six months ago, and immediately I knew I had to switch insurance companies! The office staff is warm and welcoming. I am treated as a family member, not as a client or a number, which is why I'm staying with them for life. Each member of the office has always attended to any concerns or issues I had and has always provided professional and excellent and prompt service. Thank you State Farm.   I felt positively compelled to share my consistent outstanding customer service experiences of the Christian Durand State Farm location. Previously, I held Diamond status with Progressive and never once felt the type of service with them that I do with the State Farm Team at 18237 Flower Hill Way, Gaithersburg, MD. They are extremely responsive to emails and offer many personalized services. Avoiding that 1800-stayonhold progressive service (pun intended) which other Insurance companies offer is certainly not the way they do business.I currently hold a bundle policy and Yenisel and Franklin could not have been more superb during the process. I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
