Agitated, irritated, thirsty and still situationally confused

Agitated, groggy, hungry, irritated, still stammering, wondering...
"Why was I prematurely evacuated from hibernation?" shouts the Bear.
An Omnipotent 'Amish Barn' Owl, screams back thru the trees:
