  The staff was friendly at this torrid and it was more organized than the other torrid in Bowie. I also noticed the shoe selection is better at this location. They did have a smaller jewelery section though.

  4 stars because their "clearance" is marked down to the true value of their clothes. I don't think they have realized yet that most women carry a little more meat on their bones now and that it is becoming easier for the plus sized woman to find clothes of quality. There's simply NO NEED to continue to over price your clothes anymore. Further, the hours listed for my local store should be updated on the site. I saw that the store closed at 6pm on Sunday only to arrive at 5:15 to a dark store ???? not sure if these were seasonal hours for the winter but, guess what... it'll only take a second to update. Otherwise (outside of HIGH PRICES and incorrect hours posted online) I love you younger, contemporary Lane Bryant sister store. Some of the clothes could be for a professional young adult but, I guess you can't have everything

  Ahead of a European Vacation, I accompanied my wife to this location to do a little shopping. While that's usually a terrifying prospect for a husband, I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service we received here.
  
  The Torrid employee who helped us was both friendly and knowledgeable, offering guidance to my wife on the best size and styles for her particular build.
  
  When it came time to pay, we were offered 40% off of the purchase for applying for a store card. We also got coupons for additional money off on subsequent purchases. To save even more money, make sure to pay attention to the rack in the back of the store. On the day we visited, they had a special for buy one item, get two free!
  
  Parking can sometimes be a challenge at this location, but just around the corner is some additional parking in the rear that always seems to be open.
