  I LIVED IN THE ROTHBURY FOR THREE YEARS. I LOVE MY APARTMENT IT FACE ROTHBURY DRIVE. MY APARTMENT GOT VERY NICE SUN LIGHT EVERYDAY. MY BUILDING WAS VERY QUIET. THE MAINTENANCE WAS EXCELLENT, THE OFFICE STAFF WAS FANTASTIC. I MOVED BECAUSE I PURCHASED A TOWNHOUSE. I HOPE THE PERSON WHO RENTED MY OLD APARTMENT IS ENJOYING IT AS MUCH AS I DID. TAKE A LOOK AT THE BEAUTIFUL TURNING OF THE TWO TREES OUT SIDE OF YOUR TWO BALCONIES AS SUMMER TURNS TO FALL.

  I recently moved to the Rothbury and this is the best place I have ever lived the apartment is beautiful spacious clean and the main thing is it’s secured It gives me a piece of mind to no that my kids will be in a safe clean environment. The management is great Kim has showed me nothing but love since the day I put application in. the maintenance guys are also great people they exceed expectations to make sure your comfortable. One of the main things I love is you get luxury living for a great price.

  Lived here for over a year. Lived in a very nice 1 bedroom apartment. maintenance was a little slow at times. But essential maintenance was always done within 24 hrs. Loved living here with my dogs. Nice trails and nice neighbors, was very convenient with all the stores in the area. And very close to public transportation, had to take the bus a couple times and metro into DC every now and then. Chris was the manager when I lived there, very good customer service. Always understanding and caring. Thanks for making it my home for a time.
