I wanted to rate Mark Coffman out of Greensboro store a 10/10. He really took time to help figure out the best auto policy plan, although, I ended up cancelling and going with Progressive for cheaper prices. He was very thorough and kind! I was in the hospital for 5 days and he made talking to a customer rep. very easy.

This location goes above and beyond. When I took my daughter in with a possibly broken foot late one evening, the staff let me know that they didn't have an X-ray machine, but then called every single nearby urgent care until they found one that did -- and didn't have a wait! That was so wonderful.

This was my first visit with Dr Mennen. He took note of my previous history, listened carefully to my concerns and offered sound advice while also being thoughtful of my feelings. My son had a great experience with him as well. Office staff was very nice
