Nick helped reduce my body fat from 18% to 12% while adding a little muscle. I now look and feel so much better about my body! Nick carefully listens to you and then creates an exercise regimen along with a customized meal plan for you and coaches you every step of the way. I highly recommend FITology to anyone looking for a trainer, nutritionist, or a coach in the area!
