  I lived at Avalon at Grosvenor for almost 10 years and had an excellent experience. The staff at the leasing office always went out of their way to help me, they are also very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns one may have. They are super friendly and understanding. The maintenance team is absolutely great, and will address any problem immediately. This place has been a home for me and my kids for a long time! Living in Avalon has allowed me to be part of a community, I have made friends, my neighbors are great! It is a pet friendly community, which I love! They have also implemented and followed all the guidelines to keep tenants safe and healthy amid the pandemic. After almost a decade of being here, I have no complaints, on the other hand, I highly recommend Avalon for anyone who is looking for a great community to live in and be a part of. Thank you for everything! I will miss you!

  I haven't moved in here yet, but I wanted to take a minute and shout out Ashley in the leasing office. She is awesome. I became very concerned about the AC in my apartment unit based on some comments from other people in the building about the difficulty keeping the fourth floor units comfortable in the summer. She pulled the maintenance history of the unit, as well as the history of average temps in the unit to help assuage my fears. Plus she told me about options if I need to move within 30 days of move-in. Overall, she just went SO far above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my upcoming move!

  Current resident here! I normally do not write reviews; it takes something special or extremely agitating to get me to do so, actually.
  
  I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ashley in the leasing office. I’ve been dealing with neighbors that have zero respect for quiet hours and she has been nothing but attentive and responsive to the situation.
  
  Not only that, but ever since I toured here and moved in she has been quick to respond to questions or requests, always doing a thorough job to ensure I’m all set. I like my apartment, like the community, but Ashley helps to make living here particularly comfortable.

  The community and team at the Avalon at Grosvenor Station have been incredible and supportive during this difficult time. They have been diligent and forthcoming with updates and actions they are taking to ensure the health of the residents.
  Relocating from Kansas City to the area was nothing short of a massive undertaking but Courtney made sure the transition was smooth and easy. It removed a lot of the stress that comes with not only moving but with relocating. I am very grateful that Courtney and her team making me feel right at home! I can't recommend this place and the whole team enough! Thank you for all you do!

  Recently moved here and I've had a great experience with Avalon at Grosvenor Station! Everyone who works in the leasing office is incredibly helpful and always so friendly. Courtney in particular was tremendously supportive throughout my moving process - everything went so smoothly, and she was able to accommodate a very last minute request on my part. She really went above and beyond to make things easy! All in all, I'm super appreciative of the team here and very happy with my Avalon experience.
