Great experience. Max has INCREDIBLE customer service and is triple personable. For a man who generally hates salesmen, Max's expertise and personality made this a pleasant adventure for me. If my awesome chair ever dies - I'll be back Max's way again.
Well worth the three hour drive to get the same chair for my home office I had in my work office. Max took the time to explain the difference in models of chairs, their functions and included casters for hardwood floors as well. Bought a different chair for my husband. Max has new and refurbished furniture. I highly recommend him. He also kept social distance protocols in place as well.

I was searching for a Herman Miller Aeron size A, which is difficult to find. I exchanged a few texts/short calls with Max who was always friendly and prompt to reply. Once I got to the location, Bryan was the one to help me. He was extremely helpful: he showed me the few size A's they had in stock, and made a few great suggestions for other models to try. I never felt pressured, and appreciated his recommendations. Once I confirmed I wanted the Herman Miller model, Bryan took some additional time to explain the subtle differences in engineering.
