Hearing loss is complex with many difficult problems over the years. Toni has always met my individual crisis with a caring and responsive evaluation of my needs. Toni is easy to speak with, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. She provides excellent service when cleaning and adjustments are needed. Her friendly staff, Karen, is capable and provides prompt service. I have always had great service and a caring ear to hear and resolve my problems.
