  Had the pleasure of working with Rich this week and can’t say enough positive things about the interaction. He was a wealth of information and thorough with explaining our options. The response time was unbelievably quick! Didn’t try to “upsell” unnecessary services which is quite often a tactic used by other companies. I have no doubt that they looking out for the homeowners best interest! I highly recommend this company for your drainage needs!

  We had to call the drain guys to come fix a plumbing issue at my office. Parker was on time and very efficient! He was knowledgeable and explained everything! Would highly recommend and will use again in the future!

  I called the the drain guys and Parker came over for a clogged drain. He quickly found a problem with my main sewer line. He discussed a couple solutions and then we found one that was best fit for me. We decided to replace the main sewer line and they did a wonderful job. The job went very smooth. He answered all my questions and concerns. They left everything clean and how they found it. I would highly recommend Parker and the drain guys!!

  I called the Drain Guys and Jay answered the phone right away. They came the same day and they sent Parker Douglas for a clogged drain in my basement. He realized that my sewer line had a break in it. He also took the time to review the camera view with me to explain and actually show me the problems. He thoroughly discussed with me all of the options to repair the problems. We decided that he would need to dig up the pipe and do a full replacement. Parker and Jay were very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The job went very smooth and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend the Drain Guys for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them back should i experience anyfuture issues. Thank you Parker for being the consummate professional.

  Where do I start? Had a blocked kitchen drain that turned into a complex issue. The owner called me promptly and set up an appointment on a Sunday afternoon! Parker Douglass came out and was incredibly professional and courteous. He said up front "I will solve your problem" after an agreed upon price. He was very confident and largely kept to himself. After a long time snaking he went into the basement and identified a segment of drain pipe that had an illegal set of bends that made it especially prone to blockage. After cutting into it, the food blockage was sitting there. I can't thank Parker enough for his perseverance and skill at tracking down our problem. Skill and detective work solved the problem! This small company runs circles around a much larger commercial firm that I thought would come through on a Sunday, yet this firm came up with lots of excuses and kept rescheduling us. When you can't get water to go down an important drain, please call The Drain Guys...they WILL take care of you!!!!
