Con: the apartments are old. Bathrooms are too small. The washer and dryer are twins size makes it hard to wash blanket and heavy loads. Everyday something breaks. We are forever calling maintenance to fix the porch door.
Pro: clean place, nice neighborhood and managements, spacious rooms, walk in closet but it's small, big windows, no mold, little bathroom leakage

Love this park and it's surrounding community. Great walking paths and playgrounds.
