“If you need PT, or if you’re even thinking about it, you need to go to R2P. My doc sent me out the door with a handout that described exercises I should do, but with no other guidance. I worked with Anthony at R2P and after a few months, I am happily and safely running again. He allowed me to videotape him doing my homework exercises so I could follow his form when I was home. And I loved that he regularly videotaped me during therapy to demonstrate my “before” and “after” progression on a side-by-side screen. Anthony showed me that PT can be effective AND fun and he made sure that I had a plan in place to move forward. Highly recommend!”

“I have really good experience with kicks karate. My both daughters are here and they love to go. All the instructor are really friendly, nice and disciplined. I love the way Mr. Nick, Mr. Scott and Mr. Esaul teach the classes. For adults class there are some kids who don’t listen and don’t cooperate so that those distract others too. But they handle them properly in very disciplined manner as this is the age to learn those manners and to respect. If I could I will give them more than 5 stars..????”
