(January 6, 2023, 7:56 pm)I would like to give thanks an kudos to Shawn T.of the recreation staff at Collingswood! On a couple of occasions, he has assisted with setting up my Dad’s entertainment system and even went above and beyond to learn how to install a product he was unfamiliar with in order to provide satisfactory help and complete the setup.
Shawn is always pleasurable and professional.
Being in a rehabilitation facility can be tough and sometimes boredom and negative mindset can slow progress in a patient. Having items that can assist with positive experiences can booster the patient’s mental will to recoup.
Thanks to Shawn and staff for being willing to provide for a needed service and doing so with great attitudes and professionalism! -
