A very good experience. Tyler Pittenger explained the problem and we discussed the best course of action. Very knowledgeable and treated us like human beings. All costs were set out at the outset so that there were no "surprises." I would recommend them to you. I will certainly use them again in the future.

We are on a septic system and wasn't quit sure what our problem was when we called Rocket Rooter. They did a great job figuring out what was wrong, and gave us ideas on helping to keep our septic system working. Tyler was great, explaining to me how a septic system worked and although they were a little pricey, as mentioned in some other reviews, he did what he could to keep our costs down. I would definitely recommend Rocket Rooter.
