The concierge were always very helpful and friendly and the maintenance team was always on it when you needed something repaired. Precovid they always had community events and parties for residents as well. The residents are also really nice and friendly. I came to know many of them just by talking on the elevators or bumping into them in the lobby. I would definitely live here again, I'm just moving to be a little closer to work and try something new but all positive things to say about 1200 east west!

My floor plan layout has a lot of natural light, great views, and cancels out the sound from nearby residences well. The only downfall is that you have to pay to receive your mail in addition to paying a high price for parking. Overall, the complex is kept clean. The staff is really welcoming and DeAndre, the snr. Community Director, is ALWAYS eager to help answer any questions that you have.
