(December 26, 2018, 3:01 pm)BMC installed a new air conditioning system in our home and did a fantastic job with a difficult installation.
in order to get the air handler in the Attic they had to disassemble it and reassemble in the Attic.
we have had them come a couple times a year to service the unit and replace material and they are always extremely responsive, accommodating, and reasonably priced. -

(December 10, 2010, 1:26 pm)the estimator arrived in reasonable time. Was professional, thorough, and very knowledgable. He contacted me with in a few days to give me an estimate and unlike the other 8 or 9 companies that had come to look at it and either not ever contacted me back, or couldn't do it, he said it would be no problem! I received the estimate in the mail fully detailing what they planned to do and which unit was going to be installed. Even had a few pages of detailed explanation of the unit, it's capabilities, and dimensions! Above and beyond what was required. The following week contractor arrived on time, worked all day to replace my 34 year old original coil unit in my condo. When I returned home at the end of the work day, my condo was clean and the unit was amazing! Highly recommended! Professional, efficient, clean, and best of all, they actually did exactly what they said they would! In the course of two weeks, my condo went from having a loud, inefficient, large, malfunctioning AC/heating coil unit, to a muuuuch quiter, smaller, efficient, energy saver! Wish I had started with B&B and not wasted time with the other companies! It's worth it!
