Amir and his team remodeled my kitchen. From the time he took the initial measurements until the job was completed, was just over two weeks, lightening fast in the world of contractors. Demo and renovation took one day. The one minor problem that dropped up was resolved the very next morning. In all the repairs, remodeling and renovation I have done in 50 years, this was by farmy best experience. An easy five star experience.

This firm did two projects for us. Project #1: Full Renovation and Upgrade of Master Bathroom
The team did an excellent job. Outstanding.
They replaced the flooring, cabinets, showers, installed a new bathtub, LED lighting, and a new toilet. In addition, they painted the room. They completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the work.
They were neat and professional. Nothing was damaged and the work space was left clean and neat each and every day.

Project #2: Refurbishing of Basement
Our basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm in mid-July . We used another contractor to repair this.
Once the waterproofing was completed, the team took over immediately due to our time constraints. They removed the old flooring, replaced it with new, waterproof flooring, repaired some areas of drywall, painted all rooms, and installed baseboard, reassembled our furniture and disposed of all debris.
This basement is a pleasure to use. The team completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked hard to complete the work on time.

Very happy that we chose James B Remodeling for our bathroom remodel. Amir was extremely responsive -- always answered my calls & texts. He let me know when he was running late or his plans changed.
He would follow up if he had sent me an email & I didn't follow up. He and his team were extremely professional in the way that they did the work & respected our home. We did a full remodel of our master bathroom. Amir went with me to pick out the tile -- went multiple times until I was satisfied with our choice. First time I ever did a bath remodel. Originally I tried another company and received a subpar experience -- I walked away from signing their contract after spending months working with a design that I wasn't happy with at all. (They weren't listening to me on our needs). Amir listened to what we wanted. He was straightforward on the price - -didn't play any games on the costs for the project. It took about 3 weeks & it came out much better than I could have imagined. He worked with me to install a freestanding bath that I asked him to plug up the corners so dirt wouldn't get between the bath & the wall. His team treated our home respectfully. He also worked with me to purchase the other types of materials that were needed. Before the weekends, they would take away the materials that they were using so we could enjoy our home before they started working again the next week. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully on a daily basis. In addition, also asked him to change a foyer closet from having a bi-fold door to a french door (space issues). They did an amazing job. When I called his references the first question was -- would you use them again. I can see why they all answered in the affirmative.

I have used James B Remodeling services for three separate projects. The first one included general repairs (inclusive of drywall repair and brick steps repair. The second and third were to build drywalls in the garage to hide unattractive pipes. Amir and his team did a stellar job on all occasions. They came on time, finished in agreed-upon timelines, and delivered high-quality work. I am very happy with the work and will continue using their services going forward, if needed.

We are so happy with our kitchen remodel! Amir and his team were great. I really appreciated the open communication and advice that Amir gave. And the estimates for timeline and costs were right on, I think they may have actually finished a day early even!
We will definitely use James B. Remodeling again. The whole process was a great experience.
