On Monday morning when Gus was to be here between 8 and 9, he called right at 9 to say that he was 6 minutes from the house and was held up by traffic. Who today is as punctual as that or informs you if they are late. He surveyed the problem and said Jason /Chris would be here today between 8 and 9. They were here by 8:20 and had completed the new faucet installation in an hour, tested it and demonstrated it to our satisfaction. Amazing. We highly recommend them. PS They had to come in and out of the house several times which meant putting on and taking off shoe coverings many times which they did.”

Michael came out in about an hour - did troubleshooting, determined it was my pump, and replaced it. I watched the whole process - he did a great job - he's a perfectionist, but he's fast too. “Hurst Plumbing was the company sent out by my home warranty company when I had a leak. The gentleman was on time, very informative and professional. He told me what needed to be done to fix the leak. Shortly after a woman from his office called to schedule the repair. The same gentleman came back to fix our leak. He was timely, polite and professional. He made a great effort to complete the job without having to break through our shower tiles. He successfully fixed the leak, and saved us money, since we didn't have to hire someone to replace our tiles. I am very satisfied with Hurst Plumbing. I would absolutely hire them for other plumbing issues. I can't speak for the price, because the repair was covered by the home warranty, but the service was outstanding!”
