He loves to learn about you and fill you in on all the steel and knifing secrets like the differences between Japanese and German steel or how to store a blade properly (magnetic strip). He's also very honest and can give you recommendations on new knives to buy and where to get them. Overall a very interesting experience. As for the knives, well i cut myself cooking later that day, so I'd say he did a phenomenal job ”
