“I’m a 24 year old female and this is where I lived alone. The rent is a little steep, in my opinion, but you honesty get what you’re paying for. There are no pests. I didn’t even see a fly in my apartment while there. Everything works properly, never had to call maintenance. Packages were never stolen and neighbors don’t bother you. It’s a very diverse area, Black people, White, Asian, and Latino. Very clean exterior and the apartments are nice inside too. The bathroom was my favorite part. Very spacious! I enjoyed my time there. Never feared going in and out of my apartment at night. No one lingers around your building. The only con is that like many other places, the walls are thin. Can’t think of much else.”
