“Update 10/26/2018 "Privacy World" Is no more. Today, new management company Grady Management announced a name change to the existing residents. The apartment community formerly known as "Privacy World" is now being referred to as "Auden Place." What this means for the community and its current residents really remains to be seen. Because of the management change, and the uncertainty about the community's future, I feel that much of my original review is pretty much irrelevant at this point. There's no point talking about the management and service I have experienced over the last 20-plus years when none of the people currently involved in running the place are the same. Privacy World was a four-star community, in my opinion, because it charged reasonable rents for well-maintained, albeit old, units without much in the way of amenities. That's suited me fine and I have enjoyed my time here. But there's a new sheriff in town. We'll have to see what changes and what does not under Grady's management. -----”
