“Royal Painting LLC was in charge of repairs and renovation of a house used for rental. The owner, Fernando Philippe, was very accessible. The house was in sorry condition when they started the project because of past tenants. Royal Painting practically created a new house from top to bottom. New cabinets/granite countertops transformed the kitchen; choice of interior lightings gave the house an elegant look; wood floors were refinished; any needed repairs were taken care of. The exterior painting was not as thorough, but it was a very small part of the project. In brief, I would wholeheartedly recommend Fernando Philippe and Royal Painting LLC.”

“We met with Dr Spencer - he's very thorough and explains everything in an understandable way. He's also very laid back and as a result helped relieve my anxieties. He and my husband were joking and laughing, which really helped the dogs relax as well. When he called the next day to review my dog's blood work, he answered all my questions and explained everything (again, very thoroughly) with no sense of hurry or that I was taking up his time by asking follow up questions. The office as a whole is very well run. It's clean, but comfortable. The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Price wise - it was less than I was expecting (but still a vet). I think it's very reasonably priced for what was done. There were some products that seemed a bit expensive, but Dr. Spencer gave us less-expensive options during our exam, and the techs respected that and didn't push. Overall, one of the best vets I've visited!”
