I have been very happy with my service so far. It took a little bit of time to get everything taken care of when I moved in but everyone was very friendly and were very up front about how the process works. They never lost patience with me or showed any irritation, which is surprising because I know I can be from time to time.

We have been renting a place from Bay Management for over a year now and have really enjoyed our experiences. We have not had many problems but when they have come they have been very prompt in getting them handled. Certain things were not able to be done but they were very polite and explained it all out.

When we got our new manager Leeann we were very pleased. She is a very friendly person who seemed to care about the issues regardless how small they were. The maintenance staff has also been friendly and professional. I always get a heads up call before anyone comes!

Great, quick service with renting a home. Adriane DiCamillo was professional and helpful, going above and beyond to help me get my home. She made this experience great!!

I have been with this group for about 6 months now and I have been pleasantly surprised. It was a little rough at the beginning since I have been taking care of all these things myself for the last few years so giving up control has been a challenge. But these guys and gals have been very understanding and accommodating with humoring all my questions and sticking my nose in.

My dad gave my brother and I one of his rentals a few years back and we have been splitting the duties ever since but the stress and hassle had become too much for us so we called Bay Management and we were able to transfer everything over without any issues. They even spearheaded all communications with the tenant, which is great since they were reaching out to me at least once a week. My manager has been very good at letting them know what will and will not be fixed, which is a load off my mind because I don't have to always be the bad guy.

Again, I have enjoyed my time here so far and look forward to many more fruitful years, as long as they will tolerate me.
