  No complaints. I enjoyed my stay here. Got a new job so, unfortunately, I had to move. :(

  I moved into this apt. about 6 mo ago and I love it! My loft apt. is modern, has great stainless steel appliances, beautiful hard wood floors, and a nice floor plan. The staff are always friendly and help you with whatever you need, as well as maintenance -- They complete requests very quickly. There are only a few things I wish I could change... 1. The cell service in the gym is terrible which effects the quality of my workout -- There is wifi in the business center, however it is not extended to the gym area. 2. There is a beautiful jacuzzi like area connected to the pool but for some reason it's the same temperature as the actual pool and not hot. Seems odd. Overall, this place is awesome!

  I really like Modera Westside. I have been here for 2 years and the staff is extremely helpful, nice and super responsive. They have community events often and it's nice to attend. The jogging trail is really nice as well as the other amenities. The staff really makes sure to go out their way to fix any problem that you present to them and to create a welcoming and caring community. Location is convenient to I-95. There is also a lot of development happening in the area. I will say the walls are too thin and you can hear music at random times of the day or night from a neighbor and another stomps extremely loud not being mindful of those living below them, which is a con, but other than that, I like the complex and most of the neighbors seem friendly. They usually have good move-in specials as well for new residents.
