One time when my mom was discharged from the hospital, the social worker wanted my mom to go to a rehab facility. I called Shanti and she said she could take care of her where she was familiar and comfortable. Shanti and the social worker discussed her care and she was sent home to Shanti Homes. Thank Goodness!
