    The Iron Shear is by far one of the most progressive and customer centric barbering environments. Since inception of its current location, I have been getting my hair cut by the owner of the shop, Hoj. Not only has the atmosphere been unyieldingly inviting and the total customer experience being superseded by the previous visit, my haircut is consistently immaculate. It just gets better! The barbers at this facility all do an exceedingly well job; inevitably, displaying an understanding of the clientele needs and ensuring that execution follows the conversation. In addition to following the client needs, I have also seen Hoj display leadership and mentorship in the sharing of information to other constituents within the shop to ensure that a customer receives superior service regardless of the chair they sit in. Like any business, there are pluses and deltas, but there is no wavering of integrity in the work that is being done here. While the phrase, “Iron Shear” captures the attention of the client, I tend to think of this place more as a hair surgery facility. They may add some things, and they may take some things away, but you’re leaving much better than you came! Go see Hoj!

    Great barbershop!!! Great atmosphere and kid friendly. My barber Hoj is exceptional. And the rest of the barbers also know how to cut hair very well! Highly recommend The Iron Shear for you barber needs.

    The perfect haircut!!! The owner Hoj was very personable. Also, the barber shop is very clean on the inside. These Barbers take pride in their work!

    This is an excellent shop. The barbers are very professional and they can cut hair like nobody's business especially Kim. He does such a great job. If you are look for a great hair cut, this is the place to go.
