    My experience in Cotsco as usual has been wonderful. The stuff is professional,courteous a nd most importantly are glad to work for Costco. This speaks volumes to how management treats their staff. I especially like to commend Ray ( GM if the store) for his leadership and commitment to customer service. Leadership start at the top!

    COSTCO is fine with me. Great selection, prices, return policy, people and facility. It is big and bright with 6 self checkout stations in addition to the attended lanes. Even during peak periods my checkout time has been reasonable. Great warehouse shopping experience.

    You would think a Costco is a Costco, but we live 5 minutes from Costco Pentagon City and we'll often drive the half hour to get here because it's so much more pleasant. Friendlier staff, easier parking, and checkout doesn't take the 30 minutes that is common at Pentagon City! I still don't understand why Costco doesnt have Express lanes...you think they would want to expedite checkout for people who just want to buy a single big ticket item, but they make the person buying a $2000 TV stand in line with people buying 200 grocery items.
