(April 17, 2018, 9:17 am)R&D Cross is a wonderful family owned business. The staff is always helpful and they have a deep knowledge of products and practices. They are well stocked with most garden, feed and farm needs. Also, R&D is a great source of Fabrel metal products for steel buildings, barns, garages and the like. The best thing about this place is that if they don’t have something in stock, they can almost always order it for you, and get it in the store within a few days. They always call you to let you know your order has arrived. That’s great customer service! I always go to R&D Cross before going to Tractor Supply or Lowe’s/Home Depot. It’s so satisfying to support a local, family owned business that has a long tradition of greatness. What a wonderful place!!
