    Love the spa ameneties and relaxation rooms. This spa stay booked. Recommend booking at least a month out.

    Tammy was wonderful! Fabulous neck & shoulder massage. She was very kind, thoughtful and professional with the right amount of friendliness to let me completely relax.

    High quality, very classy spa with expert level services. The staff was accommodating, the facilities clean & robust, and the customer experience impressive. Highly recommend Tammy!

    Loved the relaxation room, steam room and sauna. Robes and other amenities all up to par. Front desk staff is iffy. I had a good check-in experience. My guest did not.

    If you want the best hairstyling experience of your life, you need to book a salon appointment with Tammy. She's an extremely skilled and well seasoned hair artist. Tammy worked an absolute miracle with my hair that left me speechless. Having my hair done by Tammy made my stay at the Gaylord very special and memorable. She's one of the reasons why I'll come back to stay at the Gaylord next time I'm in DC. Thank you, Tammy!
