The narrator (an attendant who served 5 presidents!) was perfect, filled with personal stories and great behind-the-scenes information. Taking a photo while deboarding the plane was a nice extra. My family loved it!

The only reason it was given a 4 is because we got our picture taken at the top of steps and when we went to pay for it the printer/internet wasn’t working. No problem, the guys said they would email us the photo later that day however we never did receive the photo via email. Very disappointing as it would have been wonderful for our boys to have. Great experience aside from that!
