(December 17, 2018, 2:25 pm)I'm giving a 5-star solely on the customer service. Not that the hotel is bad in any way cuz it's not. The room was very nice & I have nothing bad to say about it or the property itself. I was, however, blown away by the service & would stay here again in a second! In the quick chat I had with the front desk, I mentioned I would be going to the MGM casino. The next morning, I woke to find a slip of paper under the door with a standard, typed out greeting of suggested things to do while staying at the hotel, but also, there was a handwritten note saying, "Enjoy MGM!". The fact that she remembered that & took the time to wish me luck was such a simple, subtle thing to do, but one that's made a huge impact!

(October 16, 2018, 9:38 pm)Good location, across the street from the convention center and a short walk to all that the harbor has to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again

(September 25, 2018, 11:46 pm)The room I had was really nice. Everything was clean and there were no stains I could see. Everything was in working order. My stay at this hotel was great but what made this hotel even better was the staff. The people at the front desk was super friendly and very accommodating. They even go out of their way to greet you by the elevator when you go get breakfast early in the morning.
